June 2005 the Council of Ministers approved the Decision
Nr. 435, date 23.06.2005 "Confirmation of list for
equipments that use dissolved Ozone forbidden to be
fabricated and imported and methods and procedures
followed in order to replace this element from
equipments in use". During February - March 2006
they approved by specific laws the amendments of
Copenhagen, Paris, London and Montreal, as part of
Montreal Protocol. Albania is implementing some projects
with the assistance of the implementing agencies like UNEP
and UNIDO aiming to complete the tasks of Montreal
Protocol.

The projects are as follow:

The main objective of this project is the long time period
of consciousness for the students of professional schools
concerning the problems of Ozone, for Ozone-Diluted
materialsand for cooling.There will be considerable
equipments concerning this project and therefore is
being prepared manual as well as European Standards,
which will be included in the educational program.
For this project arrived training equipments and delivered
in technical schools (Tirana, Vlore, Durres, and Shkoder).
During three days in June 2008, developed a training workshop
for staff of these schools, from foreign experts and national experts.
